Sweeney Promotes Kaylor to Account Supervisor

WILMINGTON, N.C. – March 14, 2013 – Sweeney, a leading full-service marketing and public relations firm, has promoted Rachel Kaylor to account supervisor in its Wilmington, NC office.

In her new position, Kaylor will manage core segments of the agency’s leading consumer and business accounts. Kaylor will also play a lead role in expanding the agency’s digital marketing services including: social media, blogger relations, email marketing, web and search strategies.

Kaylor joined Sweeney in March 2012 as an account executive to provide traditional publicity and media relations, digital marketing and branding support. She previously worked at Howard, Merrell and Partners (Raleigh, NC) as an account coordinator supporting consumer and business accounts, including: CORDURA® fabric, Precise Pet Products, Component Hardware Group, RedCoin, Gear to Grow and Bank Independent.

Kaylor graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a bachelor of arts in communication studies and a minor in digital arts.
